01 · Token contract
Contract parameters
$SECT is a standard ERC-20 token deployed on Ethereum mainnet. Ownership of the contract has been renounced, permanently removing any privileged address capable of altering its parameters after deployment. There is no mint function, so no additional tokens can ever be created.

02 · Supply
A supply that moves once
$SECT launched with a total supply of 50,000,000 tokens. A single Strategic Supply Reduction is scheduled for 15 March 2027, taking total supply to 25,000,000. After that date the figure is permanently fixed and never moves again.

No mint function
Because the contract has no mint function and its ownership is renounced, total supply can only decrease. It cannot be increased by the foundation or by anyone else, under any condition.
03 · Distribution
No presale, no rounds, open market only
Sectora has never sold $SECT ahead of its listing. There was no presale, no private round, no seed allocation and no venture financing, so no participant holds tokens acquired at a price the public was never offered.
The token entered circulation entirely through the open market. Liquidity is live on Uniswap V3 on Ethereum, where anyone can buy or sell $SECT at the price the market sets, with no allowlist, no minimum, no lock-up and no permission from the foundation.

| Presale | None — 0% |
| Private round | None — 0% |

04 · Distribution schedule
No vesting, no cliffs, no unlocks
There is no vesting schedule attached to $SECT, because there were no allocations to vest. No tokens are subject to a cliff, a linear release or any scheduled unlock, and no further emission is possible after 15 March 2027.
| Schedule item | Status |
|---|---|
| Vesting cliff | None |
| Linear vesting | None |
| Scheduled unlocks | None |
| Team lock-up release | None |
| Initial liquidity | Locked |
| Strategic Supply Reduction | 15 March 2027 — one-time |
The only scheduled event affecting $SECT supply is the 15 March 2027 reduction. There is no date on which additional tokens become available to any party.
05 · Liquidity lock
The liquidity is not ours to move
The initial liquidity was placed in a Uniswap V3 position and that position has been handed over to Team Finance, a third-party liquidity locker operated by TrustSwap. The position exists as a single ERC-721 token, and ownership of that token now sits with the locker contract, not with the foundation.
In practice this means the foundation cannot withdraw the liquidity, reduce it or move it while the lock runs. Not as a promise — as a matter of who holds the key.
| Lock | On-chain record |
|---|---|
| Position | Uniswap V3 — USDT/SECT, 0.01% |
| Token ID | 1360231 |
| Token standard | ERC-721 |
| Held by | TrustSwap: Team Finance Lock |
| Positions contract | 0xC36442b4a4522E871399CD717aBDD847Ab11FE88 |
Ownership of the position token is public and can be read straight from Ethereum. Anyone can open the link above and see, without taking our word for it, that the holder is the locker contract and not an address controlled by the foundation.
